Please come into the office to fill out the required form for your 60-day written notice. All persons over the age of 18 are required to sign the form in order to give notice.
60 days before your lease expires, you will receive a notice on your door. Please read over it and follow the directions listed in order to renew.
Yes, you are required to give a 30-day written notice, which is in the office, and pay the lease termination fee. The termination fee can be found on the front page of your lease contract.

If you login to your online portal, even if you don't pay rent online, you can see your future charges or total by the last Friday of the month. Be sure to add your water bill amount, that you receive in the mail to the total amount to pay.
Unfortunately, no. But the only reason you will be denied is if you have a felony, eviction, or multiple broken leases. We can work with one broken lease 12 months or older. We are not looking for a specific credit score.
